Home deliveries are back!
The new Prime Minister’s DPCM has required activities such as ours to be closed to the public at 6.00 p.m. in advance. We have studied different solutions, and with a bit of delay we are ready to communicate our new management mode!
The shops in Bologna and Imola will remain open at the same time as always – you can check the timetables in the Contact section. Until 6.00 p.m. it will be possible to make the classic service: equipped with a mask, with the possibility to sanitize your hands inside the shop and, above all, respecting the established safety distances, it will be possible to buy the desired products, as always.
From 6.00 p.m. this option will no longer be possible. In order to enjoy our delicacies you will need to use take-away and home delivery.
Take-away
As far as the take-away service is concerned, it will be possible to go to our shops – always respecting all the security measures – and order the products (cones, cups and baskets will be individually wrapped), not to be consumed, however, near the premises, so as not to create groups. It will also be possible to book our products by telephone, so as to avoid waiting outside the premises.
Home delivery
As far as the home delivery service is concerned, we relied on two different delivery services: one for Bologna and one for Imola. The delivery zones depend directly on the operators, not on us personally. In Bologna you can order our products through the MyMenu platform, available both online and on application. In Imola, on the other hand, you will need Foodracers, with whom we have been collaborating for months now, in order to provide our customers with a precise and high quality service. Naturally, deliveries will be made taking into account all safety regulations.
